Daniel Aspuru

PRESENTS

MUSIC FOR PIANO, STRINGS QUARTET, SAXOPHONE & ELECTRONICS

Piano Day will be celebrated for the second time in Mexico, an event that has been celebrated for nine years in various countries around the world. This celebration is held on the 88th day of each year, alluding to the fact that the piano has 88 keys.

In this edition, Daniel Aspuru will present his album entitled Camino de luces, which consists of neoclassical music for piano, cello, violin, saxophone and electronics.

Why does the world need a Piano Day? For many reasons. But above all, because it never hurts to celebrate the piano and all that surrounds it: performers, composers, piano builders, tuners, transporters and, most importantly, the listener.
